At a party on Saturday night when a female buddy was talking about how one of her goldfish had died. I snapped back quickly "did the other two tie a helium balloon to him and say, tonight goldie you sleep with the humans". This of course went down very well . A story got relayed to me about how a guys aunt thought that LOL standed for Lots of Love.

Well being all with the lingo and texting as all older people try and convince themselves, the said aunt sent a heart felt message to a neighbour following a bereavement.

It did cross my mind I must say, but the sheer length of it makes it unlikely imo. If it was back up the next morning after all the media publicity then this (pretty outlandish anyhow) theory might have some legs.

I don't think they would be that cynical though in that regard.

Yeah very nice Kayroo, and the perfect tone too... we don't want this to be a big fuck you to boards or in particular to DeVore, he put alot of work into this community too and that shouldn't be forgotten.

If I have photoshop still installed I'll mess about when I get home from work although it would be better with Illustrator.

On the logo at the top, that was the product of a hard 2 mins work in order to get something to replace the generic vbulletin one.

We are certainly open to suggestions. Maybe if we have a few to choose from we can start a thread, do a poll, etc?
