I think the residential market could be interesting if this WFH really grows. Can imagine many moving up to two hours from Dublin to buy their big house for the same price or less than their City semi-d.
They live in cities to avoid the inbred yokels in the places they came from, as well as to enjoy the society of urban sophisticates such as myself."We are not Europeans. Those people on the continent are freaks."

Seems like pretty shit timing for black people to become politically galvanised from Trump's POV. There will probably be some major 'all bets are off' type skulduggery but I have a feeling in my waters that if the election goes off with any semblance of western democracy that he's toast.

i was honestly hoping that the sexual assault allegation would force him to withdraw and have Cuomo parachuted in. That'd be game over for Trump for sure.
Democrats are a strange bunch, the candidate has to look real good to get them all to the polls. I certainly wouldn't rule out Trump beating Biden at this stage.'Mental Toughness is doing the right thing for the team when it's not the best thing for you' - Bill Belichick

Definitely there's potential for him to bumble his way to second place though as eagle eye says. I can imagine debates between the two of them being like a cripple fight.

Would much prefer to see him in 4 or 8 years time going through the normal process of primaries/caucuses and democrat party debates.
If he's not the real deal, or doesn't appeal nationally, or has skeletons, then better they are exposed at that relatively early stage of the process.

I think Biden is actually fairly smart in debates. He's a longstanding toughguy brawler of a debater when challenged, but with a bit of intellectualism. Exactly what is needed against Trump with his machoism. I suspect we'll actually see Trump quite challenged in the debates. Can see from Biden's twitter that he is adopting an absolute take no prisoners approach. I wouldn't put a penny on him winning obv, but think we're going to be surprised. Sleepy Joe only works as a name until he roars into a debate and then the whole facade tumbles down. Unlike lyin' Hillary it's quite an easy moniker to disprove even if he needs to be given adrenaline shots before every debate.
Did you see anybody the Democratic debates? He was awful in most of them.

But he's up against a candidate who none of the normal rules apply to so who the fuck knows what weird dynamics will play out here. It's gonna be some freaky shit. Two geriatrics...."We are not Europeans. Those people on the continent are freaks."

To be honest, I'm just hoping you're wrong, rather than knowing your wrong, if you get me. Not that I think he's particularly great, but you're not just getting a president but a whole cabinet. And the Republican one seems just awfully nasty.
As far as whose better, I'm not sure. A lot has changed in the Democratic party and they seemed to make a decision to get down and dirty with Trump which to me was a dreadful move. It's like the old saying he dragged them down to his level and beat them.
Democrats have fallen a long way over the last four years. Pelosi disrespecting the office of the President by chatting away during the state of the union speech just showed how low they've fallen. No Democrat would ever have done something like that a few years ago. I understand that it was Trump up there addressing the American public but he's still the POTUS and you have to respect the office in those important moments.
I know Trump is a despicable human being but I'm very fearful he'll get a second term.
Whichever way that election goes it won't change the state of American politics which is at its lowest ebb in my living memory.

There are loads of excellent candidates but they didn't put their names forward. Something's very wrong with the Democrats.
Somebody like a Cuomo is what's needed to get them back on the right track.
This socialist side is a big problems for them too. There's a big split in the party, those socialist should all be turfed out and go form their own party imo. Like free healthcare for all us what Sanders was raving about. He had no hope of ever getting that through Congress nevermind the Senate. His own party would have plenty voting against. I don't know how that could even be considered with the debt the USA has.'Mental Toughness is doing the right thing for the team when it's not the best thing for you' - Bill Belichick

The Lindores chess tournament has been great sport this week, Final starts tomorrow with an unlikely line up of rising star Danil Dubov and Hikaru Nakamura who fought hard against Magnus Carlsen to get to a deciding game, Magnus was cruising in third gear to an easy win when he managed to blunder in spectacular fashion.
Very entertaining to watch these rapid games live with quality commentary on Chess24Turning millions into thousands
