An opportunity now exists for a Casino Manager in Co. Kildare. Excellent opportunity for an individual with a high work ethic and professional outgoing personality. The individual will be required to hit the ground running but the opportunity exists for the individual to build and manage a team of croupiers, build new schedules, design and maintain new promotional products, enhance the customer base with new innovative ideas and implement a new Mission Statement which includes excellent customer service. The person should be used to Decision making and working on their own initiative.
Requirements:
A understanding of Casino Games including Blackjack, Roulette and Three Card Poker.
A excellent understanding of Poker Rules both Tournament and Cash in both Hold’em and Omaha.
Person must have excellent customer service skills. Constantly deliver positive, courteous and professional customer service and have excellent verbal communication skills
Ability to maintain a hands-on environment and maintain a positive and professional working relationship with all individuals.
Handle players requirements, complaints and disputes related to table games.
Have a strong work ethic and a high level of professional integrity.
Assist and implement various marketing policies.
Adher to and implement Anti Money Laundering legislation.
