Room or event hire?

Hi, We run a yearly social poker game in work and we're looking for a venue/setup in the centre. Voodoo used to do a decent job at a very good price for us but obv not an option anymore.

We're looking to get this as chap as possible and ideally it would be a BYOB affair but this is not a deal breaker, however there does need to be beer.

Any suggestions/offers?
