oh the croupier is a cringe worthy movie. makes my head hurt to watch it.
a decent movie, good cast, a reasonable plot. but painfully cheesy and hammy as a casino movie.

the nut casino movie has to be casino, (well, movie set in a casino)
the nut movie about gambling/cons is the sting.

Would have do disagree on the cheesy front (bar the poker scene), quality imo. Never got the love for Casino; its good and all but would be fairly far down my list of Scorsese/ de-niro collaborations. Watched California Split on recommendation from here today. Class, was glued from the off.

She's appears to be an over privileged drunken fool and has made a moronic performance when she knew she was being filmed.
The father will suffer professionally but then he brought her up to and probably has some responsibility for the princess complex she is suffering from.
Seems to be a huge effort to keep it off you tube, fair enough to link it, point and laugh.

I was exaggerating with the horrific human being thing. She doesn't deserve the treatment she's gotten and I agree with you about the video tapers and commenters on youtube are out of line but you can't be at the craic regardless of drunkenness or age.

I said I'd give that a proper go for the first time the other night, opened up a pack and got a black card Walcott. I got over 300k coins for him straight away. Easy game. My mates were pretty sick, they'd be playing it months and on my first night I've a squad 10x better than all theirs.
