Has a facebook group been set up yet? It might seem a silly idea, but it's quick free publicity for you once a few add themselves to the group.

Yes I have an event set up but I'm not entirely sure how to send it out to everyone. Also tried to run an ad but my money was no good on facebook (not sure what I did wrong )... If anyone wants to search for Stephen Mc Lean on facebook you will find me.

I will keep a seat for you now Liz, no worries (the reg form is just so we have a good idea of the number of players attending).

I'll be donating again Stephen... Keep me a seat please!

Rob from Dublin Poker Nights is planning to host a live satt game for this on 20th Feb - location/time TBC.

Already mentioned this game to a good few ladies at the Poker in the Pub grand final at the weekend too, there was a much higher percentage of women players represented at this game, more than we usually see in similar events. Hardly surprising that were 2 women on the ME final table and one woman on each FT in the side events too. One of the side events and the ME was won by a woman. Might be worth asking Jim Smith to pass on the info to the PITP players on his database...

Hey Jules,

Yeah Robert and Jim have been on contact with me to tell me they are passing on the details of the tournament to all their players.

I'm really looking forward to this now, should be great fun and with a much bigger field of players this year.

Cheers,
Stephen.

Hi Stephen,

Hopefully you'll get some good numbers for this. Well done on guaranteeing 10k, this should pull the punters in :-)

Just as a matter of interest, when reigistering for this, do you pay the whole €120 in cash on the day? Is it just pokerireland you use for registering your interest, or are you looking for reg money at that time?

Just looking for the info. Cheers

Tony

Hey Tony,

Yeah it was a brave move alright, but we felt the players would appreciate it

You have it right, all players must pre-register on pokerireland.ie by filling in their email addresses etc....We will have the reg desk open from 11am on 20th March in the Regency so from there all players can pay their €120 entry fee in full.

Cheers,
Stephen.
