thats the alternative, its called the advancing button or rule the californian rule. means noone can miss blinds, each person pays the same, but its confusing to explain and people dont like it. its advantage is that there is a bb and a small blind in each hand dealt.

while i like the rule, i think if you implemented it it would just cause more problems, better to do it the same as you do in a tourney and sacrifice a SB in one hand, rather than alienate your players. dead button rule is the best option out of the 3 i think
