Question Is this a call

Hi guys,
Relatively new to live poker. Playing only few months live and online about a year.

Played a hand in live 2 day tornament. Goes like this

Blinds 1k 2k 500 ante.
Hero Utg raise with kk to 4.5k. 145k stack
Sb calls. 27k stack
Bb calls. 78k stack

Flop j 2 6 rainbow.
Checks to hero
CB 6k.

Sb shoves. BB also shoves.
Both players have just recently moved to table so not much info to go on.

What's the right call here.

I call. If someone has setted up hope its the SB. With such a small c-bet were you not trying to induce this? Still have 30+bbs if we lose. With that crazy big ante a few steals will help!

Thanks for the input. Much appreciated. I'm trying to put Bb on a hand.thing he could have any two pairs or a set, top pair. My CB was to induce the push. Especially from the small stack. Bb looked strong. So had me tanking for a while.

the small blind unless he is really bad should never have a set here ever, and just has a bunch of 1 pair Jx hands that flop well like JTs/QJs, and the odd time just has AJs/AJo. BB also has all of them in his range aswell as 22/66. i dont fold here.

Was going to watch a film with a friend, "Diary of a Teenage Girl". She downloaded it, took ages. We sat back to watch it. Says "I love a good coming of age film". It definitely wasn't the right film pmsl. She was mortified as it dawned on her, took a few lines to realize it was just a good ole porn.
Opens up with some young girls face, thinking to herself.... "There are some things I don' tell my friends, or share on social media..."

*pans out slowly to her in underwear on a bed.*

It quickly devolved into penis'.

That's shocking. Where did you discover this?

That's probably the best two hands both villains ever show up with in that spot

It looks more like BB is trying to squeeze you out, rather then looking strong. If he had JJ I'd expect him to flat to get you in and shove turn.

It's 67k more into a 185k pot. The bulk of that is in a heads up side pot. Don't need to be miles ahead to call profitably here, you definitely have the equity with an overpair.

I agree with Brady, this is the top end of their range, AA, JJ, 66 does not play it like that. (or shouldn't, who knows when the sb called a raise with 12BBs holding J6)

Such an easy fold on such a dry flop...Don't forget,u only have 1 pair.Dont ever get too attached to an over pair. The fact that 2 players check shove makes it easier decision. If only 1 player then a lot tougher to lay down kk.

I think results being listed early will colour posts from here out.

What range would you put nothing them on? Considering they both called a raise OOP, and then both CRAI'd also.

on such a dry flop...unlikely both players have jut pair of J (top pair),pair of jacks just check calls flop(not check shove).KK in bad shape

But what range do you put them on? Specifically. Saying we're in bad shape because it's a dry flop is meaningless without quantifying it.

I no sure why you think a check shove here is stronger than a check call. SB has to put in almost half their stack to call. If they do they'll end up with 15k facing a 36k pot on turn, so the open push offers up 3.4/1. They aren't doing that with a speculative hand. The flat call is not a weaker a line than shoving, If anything the shove is a more desperate move.

Ditto one BB's shove behind. He's isolating SB is a decent size pot. If he had JJ I'd imaging he'd do his best to bring the hero along

Neither of these are folding AJ here.

Poker talk yay.

Dougs views:
imo he has 4 likely hands

I have seen the result and that bb has 222
aa/kk - unlikely. On such a dry board he would surely be flatting(1/3 of stack i know) after putting on an oscar winning performance hoping for a reshove from you
qq - possible but same point as above plus might have reraised preflop so shorty didn't get a cheap flop
aj - extremely likely, could easily see bb having and reshoving
kj - very likely, could easily see bb having and reshoving
qj - meh
66/22 - likely, shoving over the top thinking you might call it off with aj

aj/kj/66/22 and aj/kj being the more likely hands in this spot so I'd be calling for sure

I'd agree with that. The top pair being more likely that the set, and the withing the set 22 being more likely that 66.
There are 18 combinations of AJ,KJ. Call it 20 for other high jacks that make it in
There are 12 set combos. I'd call in 10 (at best) as BB is more likely to be flatting with hero behind. 2 to 1 hand bias. We are c.10% verses a set and, KJ is 10% verses our hand. AJ is 20%. SB will affect them a little bit obviously

We are about 60% verses that range. Easy call.
Even if you reduced his rangeto either 66 or AJ with equal likelihood, we have 45%.

Repeat as needed for main pot, although the side is bigger and could cover any shortfall, but I don't think there would be.
