Be unfair to complain and not follow up with decent resolution.

GG have refunded me the 7.5% fee that i had to pay on Skrill to get deposit through. (In tournament dollars) ... so all good.

Registration on the day

Hey, I just want to confirm that it's ok to buy in with cash on the morning of the Friday out at the hotel. Can anyone tell me if there was delays or wait times to register at previous years? Thanks

I'd also like to know does it look like Saturday will sell out? What is the capacity at starting time? We will be arriving at the venue at 13.45, and be buying in with cash? Will there be any issues with this?

I'll answer on Nick's behalf as he may not have a chance to check in here.

Friday has been quite busy for the last few years but it normally doesn't reach capacity.
Best to buy in online to be 100% sure you will avoid the queues but I would think you will be safe to arrive with cash before 14:00.

Capacity this year is 50 tables so quite likely Saturday will max out. You can buy in online through www.internationalpokeropen.ie to be sure you have a seat when you arrive at 13:45.

Currently in the tournament room and there are 123 regged at the moment according to the clock; quite busy here! The glorious sounds of chips shuffling fills the air...

Paul, can we use unused tokens to reg the high roller? Through to day 2 on the first bullet and have an additional token in my account. If I bust day 2 early, I'd like to play the high roller, , can I use this token and add 200 in cash?

Hey - best discuss this with Nick at the venue; if he is happy to accept the 2nd ticket as 'part payment' for the high roller buy in, I'm sure we in GGPoker can facilitate sending the value of the ticket his way. Please confirm with support@ggpoker.com whatever is decided, thanks.

Is there a turbo phase added this evening? Seen it on IPO website but couldn't find any info on it?

Yep, definitely a 'turbo' (actually, 30,000 chips and 20 minutes blinds, so quite your average turbo!) this evening, not sure of when though... Think it is 8pm actually.
