No idea who the dude is and is does seem to be too off the wall to be true (even for the jockey in question!)
I'm surprised someone in Jiwani's position would even add fuel by retweeting.

Nick Mordin divides opinion, but he's certainly nailing his colours to the mast when it comes to Our Conor in today's Irish Field.

"Our Conor earned the biggest speed rating I've given a juvenile since Detroit City when demolishing a very strong field in the Grade 1 Spring Juvenile Hurdle at Leopardstown.
There aren't many juvenile hurdlers that have as good a physique for jumping as Our Conor has. It's been a long time since we saw one run as fast. I have a hard time in seeing how anything can beat Our Conor in the Triumph following that huge run. He's hosed up in all three of his starts over timber and had the juvenile who'd previously earned the biggest speed rating from me this season over nine lengths back in third."

the truth is often more far fetched than fiction. There is a top jockey, trainer and a couple of punters under serious scrutiny at the moment - It got 3 lines in the paper a fortnight ago. A jockey just announced his retirement out of the blue last Saturday after racing in Navan.

Heard a good one last night in Wolvs involving the current UK champion jockey. Riding a hold up horse in a gaff sprint race with 10 or so runners - he went to the jockeys of 4 of the unfancied runners and told them there was 100 in it for them if they were ahead at the furlong pole - of course he didnt tell any of them that he had asked them all to do it - break neck gallop ensued - horse hosed up.

Just had a proper root around the Coral Cup. The study has given me a shortlist of Owega Star, Loch Ard, Mr Watson, Ma Filleule & Ericht. I will have to wait until the day of the race to see what else runs but for now you can be certain that Owega Star runs and it is available at 50/1 NRNB which I would recommend that you take. As a horse that has won in Navan it means I am instantly drawn to it - as the ground will be testing I know it will handle it with aplomb. It has a good profile as a 2nd season hurdler and most of its form is in top races including conceding 8lb to Un Beau Matin. Admitedly it was gonna get chinned by him next time until UBM fell. The only negative I can find is that Andrew Leigh will be the likely pilot. He is trained by an excellent young trainer in Peter Fahy whose stock is certainly on the rise. Another case of horse with small trainer being overpriced. Get on, imo.

Thoughts on Son of Flicka in that one Noel? Guessing the value is gone at this stage but do you give those of us on at bigger prices any chance?

he is in off a fair mark but this is much much tougher than the race he won last year - I personally wouldnt have him but I wouldnt tell anybody who wanted to back him that they should be locked up. In short I expect him to be found wanting in a better class race. You tend to need to be somewhat unexposed and on the up, rather than at the top, in order to win this race. I suspect he is rated to the top of his ability.

The intention of the email seems to suggest that they will but it does say in the t&q's that this may change after the final declarations - If we choose to change, amend or withdraw the offer after the final declarations stage on Monday no retrospective changes will be made to any existing bets placed under this promotion before that time.

Think you know your Cheltenham horses?

Why not make some money off it from all the other ignoramuses?

For a measly 25 you could be rubbing a monkey on your titties whilst swilling a brandy & lighting a Cuban............

I had backed Dynaste for the RSA, have him in 3 accum's, is there anyway that pp would let me change the accum's and put him in for the Jewson?

Trying to get 25 e/w on Knockara Beau in the JLT and I am restricted any help from a boylesports employee would be great.

TraceyHello Niall. How may I help you?

Niall Hello Tracey, I lodged 50 specifically to place a bet on the JLT chase in Cheltenham and was restricted to 8. This has never happened before. Knockara Beau is the horse and I want to have 25 e/w. I was shocked to see the restriction

TraceyI cannot see that your bet has been restricted.

Niall I tried it again and it was restricted

TraceyHaving checked your recent attempts, it appears that the bets are being rejected by automatic risk controls that have been put in place by our trading department. This is not specific to your account but attributed to the market itself.

Niall On a race in cheltenham to 8

Surely vast sums are traded on each race

TraceyI can only confirm this is a Trading decision

Niall I specifically lodged the money to Boylesports to place the bet. Now I have to wait 3 days for the money to be refunded. I am not happy and as a small punter this is a joke.

Sure if I walk into a shop they would take that bet in a heartbeat.

TraceySorry I cannot overturn a trading decision.

Niall It does not make sense to me on the market. I could understand if it was my account being restricted.

TraceySorry for delay in replying, I cannot help you further with the restriction as it is a Trading decision.
