5th hand on day2 I pick up QQ vrs chip leader to my left. Hes competent & has play 2 3bet pots already showing down qjo in one. I open QQ, he 3bets, I 4bet, he 5bets & I went with it 6bet shoving. He has KK flops me dead & I'm out. Bust 4 off the money.

I don't know if that's fine. I felt I'd pick up the pot most of the time & add 1/3rd to my stack. With it being the bubble, him being chip leader & clearly out to pound the bubble was my reasoning for shoving.

So disgusted. Pretty demoralising after all the good work put in on day 1. Sorry guys that's a tough one to swallow.

100% the right move Jason, we're going for the FT and not the min cash. Shake it off and jump in the $1,500. Good luck.

As an investor (fairly small) I am disappointed as I understand you are. However I also think it's not a great time to analyse it too much. I think we all would rather see you win an event rather than a small cash and, according to your thought process, that's what the aim was regardless of how well you did or did not play the hand.

The important thing now is to be able to get your head back in the game as soon as possible for the remaining events. That would be more of a concern to an investor now than a hand not going the right way.

You need to just review what went so well on Day 1 and rinse and repeat. GL.

Took an hour out, refreshed and got on with it. In the 1500 event & have 25k after the second break.

On the exit hand above, after discussing with friends, it's a hand where taking a flop oop seems the best low variance play. Once I 4bet I will go with it otherwise I'll be too easily exploited.

@WhiteNight I am always open to thoughts from investors plz don't hold back on giving your thought process. Anything beneficial I'm all for plus there's never a good time to talk marginal spots so I'm always open to discussing. Just on topic of wanting to win, whilst the overall goal is to win it wasn't in my thinking for this hand. In every hand I play I am only trying to make as many +ev decision as possible. Trying to get bigger stacks to win isnt in my thought process when playing any hand.

Lost big pot with QJss in position vrs Utg opener. I just call 800 pre @ 2-400. Flop is j74cc. He bets 700 & I call. Turn is a 3x. He now bets 2,500. Massive bet but happy to continue with position. River is 6x and he bets 3,900. I called and he hits runner runner straight with A5o.

Open 67dd and loose nice pot to Q6o. On a 456 flop. Got my last 14bbs in shoving A8dd from cut off. The man with A5o wakes up with JJ & flops me dead.

Chatting more and more about my exit hand above with players. So many variables to try tie down perfect play. If I call 3 bet oop, most of the time I'll loose all 3 streets to Kk valuing me. Whether I stay in the tourny after that is the question.

Anyway, bounty game next up lads. I'm building stacks quite well so hopefully I can dish out the punishment in this game.

Hard Luck Jason, just sounded like a cooler when near the bubble against a big stick, 99 times out of 100 you have him crushed, sounds like you are building stacks nicely so the deep run is just around the corner, as you said you were losing most or all your stack no matter how you played it so best just to forget about it and move on, good luck in the rest of the tournos

Busted the 4th level of the bounty event. My table was a punters dream, absolute carnage going on and they got me. One guy in particular had 5 bounties already by 3rd level, he was over calling A5 on a A74r flop vrs two all ins and binking runner runner straights.

3limps, button raises for 20th time and I pick up TT in the sb & shove 25bbs. A5 hero over calls with 88 & hit quads. AA was short in there too. 3rd time had TT lost all 3 pots. Nothing can do with AQx boards popping out & facing hilarious action. This is why we play I guess.

Looking for feedback here guys. Been chatting to a lot of lads out here and advice seems to be to drop the 1k Venetian for $777 wsop game. Just looking for the softest value games so if everyone is on board that's perfect. If everyone doesn't get back to me majority will rule. Tbh it seems like a no brainer anyway. Obv slight refund will be done & mark up will stay the same out of fairness.

Both tournys are on the same day as an FYI.
