This horse is a sure fire winner shortly....
Taajub, group and listed class a couple of years ago (rated 108). Looked fantastic going to post for a handicap last Wednesday at Kempton. Held up at the back and got in to all kinds of trouble everywhere before finishing like a train! (if you have racing uk account have a look at the replay)......Races to be won off a rating of 83!!D15 CASINO, Mulhuddart Village (opp Blanchardstown shopping centre)

Keen to get on one really early for tomorrow as don't think price will last long. Shawkantango goes in the 2.30 at Southwell tomorrow, a 5 furlong class 5 handicap. Was in devastating form at this track back in Spring, won all 4 races over course and distance in good times. Last couple of runs he's had big trouble leaving the stalls and has finished dead last due to this. Have been informed from a source that they've done extensive stall work with the horse since and they're very confident that this won't be an issue tomorrow. Has come down a couple of lb's due to last couple of bad runs and has a very capable 3lbs claimer on board. Will still need to produce a career high winning mark to win but he was very much progressive on this surface before stalls troubles. He's 18/1 now, I'd have him battling for favoritism.

Have had to make slight contingencies on Shawkantango, money hasn't come for him in a way that would convince me owners are fully happy, is into 12/1 with bookies but weak on exchanges. Had too much on, so I now effectively have 1 pt ew on him and 2pts return to the bank.

One from the 1.30 race at Lingfield, a class 6 12 furlong handicap. Think fav is too short, despite being eased in the weights there's been no signs of return to any sort of form in recent awful performances and worth taking on at prices. Who loves Ya Baby boasts the best recent form in the field. Was 2nd on his handicap bow last time out, and beaten by a horse who went on and won a race at a higher grade off a higher mark so that form looks strong. Who loves you baby is put up 4lb for that 2nd but is entitled to come on from that run after a long break and may not even have to as don't think there's a horse near the quality of the one that beat him last time.

Back in the saddle today hoping to have a good end to a poor December.
Calculating runs in the 2.00 at southwell, a 16 furlong class 5 handicap. His record at the track is 25 runs 5 wins and placed in 20/25 of those races. Remarkable consistancy especially when you consider his poor record elsewhere. Has placed in all five of his runs over todays distance, winning twice. Two horrid runs on polytrack in his last two outings means his mark has come down a bit to a managable 68 for his return to fibresand today. Wouldn't be overly concerned with those last couple of outings as he's come here off no sort of form in the past and performed with his usual consistancy at track. Gonna weight stakes more on the place side as he often finds one too good for him here but still gets in the money most of the time.
