    routing and romming my tablet

Recently bought 2 tablets from china .
Have tried them out and they look pretty good, but i'd like to install a rom, or at the very least get rid of some pre-installed apps.

I did a reset to factory spec but the apps are still there.

Ive done a bit of looking on line but its all a bit confusing.
Is there a basic step by step in laymans terms I can start with?

I have http://www.slatedroid.com/topic/5272...ons-7029-roms/ so far, which is what i need to get going but not sure exactly how to implement it correctly.

I did try to install a rom on an older tablet last year, but made a pigs ear of it.
    And help appreciated.

flash a stock rom would be my default line to get rid of bloatware.
Can they take the latest android build?
I've created a batch file after my recent woes to wipe and flash stock builds for nexus devices to 4.3
I'm not really sure if it'll work for you.
People say I should be more humble I hope they understand, they don't listen when you mumble

I've uploaded a flash stock option here.
It's 4.3, pretty much a flash stock of a nexus device.
I've included the necessary USB drivers and push commands so all you have to do is double click the flash-all.bat file in the occam-jwr66w folder.
          Code:

            Ah, I see.
Welcome to Good Burger, Home of the Good Burger. Can i take your order?.

Actually, I think I get it.
The tabs came already rooted, which I didnt know, so i spent a week trying to root them. I think I have the grasp of it.

For your file I need to move the .zip to an SD and run it from the boot menu? (hold volume and power i think?)

              nope.
you need to copy the file onto your laptop and connect the tablet via USB.
              Its does everything else.

              PLEASE NOTE!!!
as I said this flashes your device.
as in brand new nothing saved.
Your google account will redownload apps and all but it is a good idea to backup whatever you need 1st

                  it should
As I said, it'd be a good idea to back up important data.
Also, you need to ensure that the device can take 4.3

There is no data on the tablet. I bought it and immediately broke it, so it's now a practice dummy for my other tablets.
I managed to install cyanogen mod on it, but now it works funny.

will need to email the manufacturer to see it it can get 4.3.
