SOSAD Ireland 35 Freezeout this friday 12th Feb..1000 minimum guaranteed!

Charity poker tournament this Friday 12th February. All proceeds will go to SOSAD Ireland www.sosadireland.com

The tournament will take place at McHughs Bar, Drogheda.

Registration begins at 6.45pm and the poker begins at 7.30pm
Prize fund is guaranteed to be at least €1000 with the money being increased up close to €2000 depending on size of attendance .

Tickets can be purchased in advance or at the door, PM me if you need me to keep tickets for anybody.

The tournament will be a Texas Hold’em Freezout. Cost of entry is only €35

Registration is included in the ticket price.


There are no re-buys in this tournament

Starting Chips will be 5000, plus 1000 extra chips for early bird registration – before 7.00 p.m

Blind levels start at 25/50 going up every 15 minutes for the first hour and then 20 minutes from then on


Normal Hold’em rules will apply.
Tournament director will handle all disputes

Not 100% sure where McHugh's is, can you give general directions from the Dublin Road please?

from the dublin road northbound...as you reach drogheda take the first right after dominos pizza/st marys church... cross the bridge and take the first right and drive 100yards past scotch hall footbridge and take the next left and its just 100 yards up that hill...easy

dublin rd. southbound....as you reach the main traffic lights just before the river...take the first left across west st continue straight for about 1km until you reach St Laurences Gate(large historic gate)...drive under the gate and youre there!

SOSAD, will try and make this game. I'll be coming in from Navan and so will come down hill from hombase/Harvey Normans etc and into the town that way. When I get to the bottom of the hill there at the river whats the directions from there,

PT, take the first right at the bus station at the bottom of the hill and then 100 yards up that road(dublin rd) take the first left, cross the bridge and take the first right.. drive 100 yards past scotch hall footbridge take the next left and its 100 yards up the hill..simples

there are spaces 50 yards further up the hill from mchughs on the left...or alternatively there is a large car park on palace street which is... through the laurences gate heading away from mchughs than take the first right up the hill about 200 yards and its on the left...
