.......is this a fold pre given the action as we can safely assume the aces are in play and we need to flop an ace for the hand to play well post flop? i flop a 9 High flush and the 23 low draw.....do we still get the loots in here??

I'm not a fan of the hand tbh. I hate not having the A in my hand but because it's multiway, and if the Ace flops you also have a low redraw, then it's probably ok to peel pre. As played, i'm not sure it's correct but i'm not putting any more chips in the pot because it will commit us to the hand. We could be drawing to a quarter for all we know so i'm not crazy about it. We still need the Ace to fall to fill our low, and realistically our 9 high flush is already dead. With 5 players in the hand, you'd expect A2xx, Axx and because it was only raise up small, all manner of broadway hands and big pair hands could have come along for the ride and have the bigger flush.

It's grand pre imo, but dead after the flop really. The aces have to be in play with 2 or 3 as their kickers so you shouldn't hit the nut low. Their should be a better flush or someone with the A2 and the lone ranger who can build a pot on the flop before potting the turn if he makes a low and making you fold.

It's not a great hand pre but, with multi-way action, any ace + low card flop keeps all the players with an ace in the hand, should be easy enough to build a pot on the flop and turn and then either lump the river to take it down or low bet to get 2-3 callers with 2 pair/set hands.

Fold pre. You're not deep enough to play this hand and you're not closing the action.

I'd be calling pre from sb/bb, maybe button but folding all other spots. Post flop it is an obvious check and not a hand you want to get super committed with.
With your stack it's a fold on the flop to any mid+ sized bet. 3rd best lo and 5th best hi no redraw in a 5 way hi/lo hand is not a spot to get it in
