Apologies to all who bought % but with only 18% sold with 90 mins to go before the 1st tourney starts, I'm going to have to pull the plug.

My backers require I sell 50% to play these and 18% just won't cut it.

Thank you to those who did invest. Your refunds should be in your accounts as soon as possible.

I think you really need a further explanation here.
You were looking to sell 50% at a mark up & you had backers for some or all of the rest?
Just how much of yourself were you planning to retain? This is a consideration when deciding to buy a % of someone.

If you came on & said sorry I've only sold 18% & can't afford to play I'd have no query at all but your explanation raises questions for me

Fair point. I didn't mention this in the OP because backers asking there horses to sell action to certain events is very common and in no way negatively affects people who buy %. It works out the same for people who buy %. ie buying 1% of me still means you get 1% of all my total cashes.

Just for clarity, I would have had approx 1/3 of myself in these events.

And just in case you have a counterpoint to this, in that having less of myself would affect my play, it would make zero difference to me. A tourney is still a tourney regardless of how much action of myself I have in it and every tourney I play is important to me.

I hope this clears things up and I apologise for the lack of clarity in the OP with regard to this situation.

Thanks for the clarity.
I have no counterpoints. I fully accept that you would be giving the tournaments your all under those terms.
