Starting again. Again. Gained 4kg, felt very weak, especially with the squats, was happy enough with the deadlifts. Gonna be a long way back to where I was.

Hopefully one last push before summer. 88kg, happy enough with that weighin so just going to cut down on sugar and try to get to the gym a few times a week.

General plan is to rush through the early phases of 5x5 SL 4-6 days a week and then hopefully do a full run of candito starting May. So many false starts over the last year though. Rest day consisting of 90 mins 7 a side footie tomorrow.
