It's not perfect but it's a fantastic effort and you deserve great commendation for putting it together and constantly keeping the information up to date.

A tweak of increasing the bonuses % awarded towards the top finishing positions of a tournament and a slight reduction in the points awarded as the field size increases and I think your there.

This is exactly it. Will have it this way for next year hopefully with the right balance of not having the winners running away with it and closing the points gap to the suitable amount between the larger/smaller fields (And hopefully a larger prizepool!)

Tiger is World number 1 yet hasn't won a Major since '08, Wozniacki was World Number 1 without even getting to a Slam semi-final, winner of the Tour de France is rarely No 1, etc etc......

If it was done on 's alone the top few in the IO every year would top it and it would be pointless. Can you tell me the 40 players below you that you think have done more this year on a consistant basis to you that you think should be above you?

PS - there's still a couple of months to go yet!

PPS - Feedback is always welcome too though

Sorry didn't mean to put down your hard work as Nicky said you deserve great commendation. And there should be more points for the final table maybe.
Other than that as nicnicnic said.

Just a note to say that Clodagh in Paddy Power Poker has kindly added a €215 Irish Open Satelite token to the winners prize (updated in winners prize post here).

IWF results will be added as soon as I have the IWF Mini results to hand.

Currently working on a new & improved points system for the 2014 Rankings which should strike a better balance between the top finishers & the consistant finishers.

A few of the Top Pros are looking at it for me too but if anyone else would like to see it & give their 2c, PM me & I can email it to you.

Prize pools over 20,000

Well done on creating the rankings
would you not consider any prize pools
over 20,000 regardless of buy in,
the reason I say this the 100 buy in games
Have to have at least 200 runners to reach 20,000
for example at the weekend in clane there was 222 players
plus 62 re entries on Friday and 310 players and 96 re entries
Making a total of 690,if you minus the re entries that is a field
Of 532 so would not agree that those players deserve points ?
Just my tuppence worth on it,and once again well done on creating the rankings
and I accept it's hard to please everyone.

It is under discussion for next year to include tournaments that have a certain guaranteed prizepool as part of the changes.
