    Trouble with a table donkey.

Right so the tourney was young enough. And this one player was just re-raising everyone big. I mean you raise to 60 and he was making it 500 with his 3-bets. He minraised UTG which was unlike him so I three-bet from the button with Tens... He quickly shoved so I folded. I reckoned his minraise was possibly trying to rope people in.

    BB: t1500 75 BBs
    UTG: t1780 89 BBs
    UTG+1: t1390 69.50 BBs
    UTG+2: t1470 73.50 BBs
    MP1: t1280 64 BBs
    MP2: t1410 70.50 BBs
    CO: t1470 73.50 BBs
    Hero (BTN): t1470 73.50 BBs
    SB: t1730 86.50 BBs

Pre Flop: (t30) Hero is BTN with T :diamond: T :club:
UTG raises to t40, 5 folds, Hero raises to t100, 2 folds, UTG raises to t1780 all in

    Final Pot: t230
    UTG wins t230

Then this hand happens.. And I am just wondering what is my best possible choice here? And what would you put in his range?

    Hero (UTG): t1210 60.50 BBs

Pre Flop: (t30) Hero is UTG with J :club: J
Hero raises to t80, 2 folds, MP1 raises to t300, 5 folds, Back on hero.

Remember, this guy has possibly no grasp of the game, especially the 2.50 game strategy. The only tells I have on him are his betsizing..
    What would you do?

Snap call with the tens in the first one and snap shove with JJ

^^This...If you're 3betting with Tens against a loon you gotta be able to snap the impending shove

Furthermore 4bet shoving with JJ against table donkey should be +ev

          Nice one lads,

Hand one he showed queens when I showed I folded tens.

Hand two I shoved he had A-K and hit. GG etc..

          Just needed quick evaluation. Sound

Flat the tens pre or 3b/call, mostly flat, never 3b/fold. Never ever folding jacks pre with history

That information that he had QQ in the 1st hand where you had 10-10 is information you should not have left out of your initial post. I still shove the JJ hand, but its hard for the lads to give informed opinion and good advice if posters leave out crucial information that they had when faced with a decision.

I much agree with Conie regardiong the QQ being relevant. Especially when his sizing is our only element to go on.
