    Continuos playing out of position??

Anybody know what the rulings are for a person constantly acting out of turn?? Was playing a live tournament last week in Dublin, and somebody kept doing it... Got really annoyed as I thought it was intentional.. Really sent me on tilt

1st time - should be a maybe a word in passing.

    2nd time - a warning.

    3rd time round - 1 round penalty?

    and so on.. . . .

It depends on the situation. A person could be new to the game and might not realise, I would quietly mention it to them and explain why they shouldn't do it.

If the person knows exactly what they are doing then they are an ass and should be warned, penalised and withdrawn from the game.

I agree, it is very annoying though.

It was in a pub game ... Really hate the mix
Of drink and poker , only learning the game.
I was thinking of hopping a stool off the drunks head ,
But decided to go home.. Swearing to never play in a pub again...
Any ideas on places to go ??

Players playing out of turn is the last of your worries in a pub game. I play pub games regularly cos they're fun and people don't take them too seriously. I hope slow rolling and celebrating when they win a pot doesn't bother you.

I would say, go to the game and enjoy it and concentrate on learning the basics yourself. Then go somewhere that enforce all the rules like your local card club/casino when you feel comfortable enough playing in that environment.
