Couple of euro on so.

Strange that Age of innocence is 16s on PP yet 66s on Boyles in that race

I backed the winner in his most recent race. Stunned got no sort of run, still finished third and should turn the form around with the second, handy 3lb being taken off by Cam Hardie who is having a good season.
Jaysus you're watching some shite racing these days!

Was waiting for foxy forever that they for a nice few quid so no doubt he will win this.

Wouldn't have mattered but I thought Hardie could have made his mind up earlier which side of the winner he wanted to go.

CC is a dream for front runners like Bertie I just thought he had gone up too much in the hcap. Horse of a similar ilk Putin runs later , thought the same about him but he will probably prove me wrong.

Ascot.

Race 1 - Keen to take on the jolly here as the hype has gone into overdrive. I thought Force got a lovely intro in Goodwood where it looked very much about giving him a good experience and expect the step up to 7f to bring about plenty of improvement. I think 9/1 each way will bring you little harm.

Race 2 - Another handicap where you have a crazy short fav so that means you got to pump this each way. I've always like First Flight so he gets a nod and Provenance looked one to improve from 3 to 4 and is also bred to appreciate this trip. Im happy to take both of these against the very short jolly.

Race 3 - Eagle Top is the nap. Expect this chap to whizz past Teledog.

Race 4 - I've Due Diligence running in an nice AP bet and just need him to place to do me a decent turn. Im on him at 16/1 so see the current odds as being relatively skinny. That said I actually wouldnt put anyone off him at todays odds. There isnt a whole load of depth to this race. The other one I liked was Music Master.

Race 5 - Watchable was the one I like but his price is probably right and he is drawn in 1. The other I liked was Zarwaan whom I think will be suited by a drop to 6f.

Down Royal

R1 - I recently advised a trainer to buy Danz Gift after it ran 9th in Navan at the end of May. I thought he would win last week and was a little disappointed he didn't and I thought he didn't really let himself down on rattling fast ground. He seemingly has bad knees so should let himself down a bit better on todays surface.

R3 - Regal Power coming to the boil nicely and this is a rancid race. Price is just right and I expect him to collect.

R4 - I marked Botany Bay down for a good 12f - 16f handicap on a galloping track like Curragh or Leopardstown and he pops up here in the Ulster Derby. The step up in trip will help him and he is drawn 1 which will also help him. I fear the track might be a bit too much on the turn for him though at 12/1 I cant let him go unbacked. If its not today I wont fear as I don't think I will be long getting it back off him.

R5 - If things are going well I might chance some Plus Ca Change in the hope that the first time blinkers work the magic.

I had been watching him as well, what you say about the track seemed accurate, they way he won today made him look like one who'll keep on improving.

You'll get it back with the proper racing back on tomorrow (Hexham and Worcester)

If I bet each way antepost for the Irish Derby 3 places(currently nine in the betting) and the race cuts up before then, is it still settled 3 places?

Yes, until 10am Thursday. Just double check the firm is betting three places, sometimes when it's expected the race will cut up they state amended each way terms on the ante post market.
