Generally in the 1st few levels of a tourney, a well known" presumably competent player, is not going to be getting to out of line OOP tbh. I think flatting pre is a.much better option, playing the hand in position against a competent player is best. You will be under repped and get value.from.weaker hands as well as avoiding awkward spots like this.
His 4 betting sizing is quite big and I.agree that 3 bet folding is.weak but is probably the most profitable play given the info provided
