    In The Hand or Not

    Players return from the Break
The cards are dealt and Player A is away from the table so the dealer mucks his cards.
However there is a misdeal and the hand has to be redealt.
In the meantime Player A returns to the table and is included in the hand.
One of the players objects to Player A being included in the hand but is over ruled by the TD.

    Is this correct ??

It wasnt his fault there was a misdeal, i would 100% deal him in the 2nd time around as he is at the table

I'd say definitely in the hand also and that the other guy at the table was being a bit ridiculous asking for a ruling!

Whatever asshole objected should get a kick in the hole minimum.

I'm going to go against the grain here and say that i wouldn't really argue against him not being included for the re-deal if that was the rule given. The re-deal is a continuation of the misdeal so could be seen as the same hand. Either way, i'd accept either ruling and not question it tbh

meh theres arguments for both cases here but tbh if it was me dealing i think id let him in.
can see the point as it being a missed deal aswell but surly only a handfull would actually spot this.

Thanks for the comments - For the record

It happened in the SE on Thursday night on Table 1

I was playing on table 2

Vera was Player A and I think she won the hand.

I thinnk the player who objected lost the hand & went on tilt as he was knocked out shortly afterwards.
I will not name the well known SE player but I will print off the thread and show it to the players involved.

I presume the player in question is not a very experienced poker player??
