Flushdraws post is as good as you will get it explained. ROI will hugely vary. Some guy could come on here and tell you his roi is 20 and you might think it isnt great even though his hourly rate is huge because his 12 tabling and the next guy could come in and tell you his is 60 and you think wow ill never reach that but he is one tabling regular speed rather than turbos putting all his concentration into one game at a time. His hourly rate would then be poor.

I wouldnt overly worry about these sort of stats. Grind out the game play as many tables as you can without feeling your giving up too much edge and if you are beating the game and having winning sessions the majority of the time be happy to see that graph moving up.

anything above 0 is good. 1k games isn't much of a sample. Focus on making good poker decisions / the best ev plays and let your roi sort itself out.

You don't aim for or sets out to hit a paticular ROI%. It's a measure of past success not future goals. It doesn't, or at least shouldn't, affect your play and decisions.

The only ROI you should aim for in 45 man STTs is 1300%.
Which is 1st place, all the time. You won't achieve it. But that should be your goal everytime.
