Layer up. Legs especially.
Make sure your jacket tucks into your pants.
Make sure your gloves tuck into your jacket.
Wear a decent pair of socks. Warmth AND boot protection.

I've been listening to that HashPower podcast I linked and a lot of it, especially episode 1 focuses on the blockchain technology and the differences between the capabilities of different crypto's etc.

Blockchain is explained by an 18 year old Charlie Noyes, supposed tech genius in the making. After listening to it all, although I completely understand potential drivers of bitcoin's value etc, I can't help but think that in terms of longevity and applicability that Ethereum is just way ahead.
The smart contracts and execution time on transactions etc seems to give it such a significant edge over bitcoin and litecoin.

I have zero idea does that translate to any increase in value etc but in terms of applying the blockchain technology, I assume that the Ethereum model has far more use moving forward.

Like I was actually drunk . went into cafe had a cup of sweet tea and rang my friend who told me pop into chemist to get blood pressure checked .

so he checks left arm making a face , he knows I suffer from anxiety and he said just turn chair other way and I do your right arm as I dont want to be upsetting you

So did that . reading on left arm was 157/90 right arm 147/89 . He said far far to high and I should 100% get to doc in morn and get a 24 hr monitor .

He said the fact I got dizzy like that would be worrying and get it checked.

currently on 4th valium and googling stroke/heart attack symptoms which I had most of today . Im fucking shitting it

I am on BP tablets and have been for a few years.

You may not be going through the M but you prob are pre M and that can cause a lot of funny shit. Heart palpitations, anxiety and loads other lovely shit.

But you need to get yourself off the V. I use for flying and that is it. If you can't then you should really see a therapist to get to the underlying issue that is causing it all and sort it from that end instead of relying on a pill to keep you going.
