I like repopping vs the Q door not entirely because his Qs are dead but because anything with Q door is a hopeless Stud 8 hand. Its a bit of a razz hand and wouldnt be doing it with decent doors left to act. I think when the Qs are dead it makes villains hole cards more likely to be JJ,KK,AA. I don't hate betting 5th here as he's mostly playing one pair this point. 6th I take the free one and fold if we don't improve 7th.

As a side note, from reading your hands and playing with you, you seem to overvalue high only hands in Stud8 which is a holdem players mistake. Villains hand is garbage here and should be folded on 3rd though I guess its not AS bad with all the doors behind. Whats the point in playing for half the pot at best. Good players are playing Aces and when they pair them up KK and QQ hands become worthless.

Just want to say that I don't mind the bet on 6th at all, he probably has 2pair but you've got ~20 outs for the low, 4 for the high and 8 to scoop. You'll never be faced with a situation where you're putting in 2bets on 6th here because he can't have a hand he can raise you with.

Depending on how light you think he'll call down, it's perfectly fine.

I've never played as high as 5/10 but given that he raised pre with a Q door and 2 Qs dead, I'd say he's not very good. He can't possibly have a playable hand here.

He'd cap 3rd with AA so I think we can pretty much discount that. His range is narrowed down to wired pairs that hit 2pair on 6th. The equity calc you did makes it closer (I thought we'd have a 55/45 edge or similar) than I thought it'd be but if he's always calling another bet on 7th so we always get another bet out of him when we scoop.
