I'm looking to get some work done to my site.

Looking to see if anyone here can tell me the different between

Php and Joomla

Also whats the different between Joomla 1.5 and 2.5

PHP is a raw language whereas Joomla is a content management system based on PHP.

No big difference between 1.5 and 2.5 really, just development.
