You could try this link if with eircom and have a netopia reuter.
click on the wireless tab and the password should be there -
if its eircom i have a wep key cracker on my laptopComment

What operating system are you on?
On W7 go to Start>Control Panel>Network and Internet>Network and Sharing Center
on the right hand side click on your wireless network connection next to 'Connections' and then 'Wireless Properties'
Click on the security tab and your network security key should be there, click 'Show characters' to see the key.
