Why didnt you bet the flop

Why did you call the turn when the worst card in the deck peeled off.

You played the hand as bad as i could imagine

sorry meant to put that in the op (reason for not betting flop)

villains line is limp/min raise/call a big 4bet - what range of hands do you put him on for that kind of action? considering it would be rare (but not impossible to play AK like that) I dont see the value in betting the flop

@Richie. calling the turn in the event that a weirdly played AK is now betting

Always hard to range against total droolers. The line makes no real sense but in my experience it could be almost anything, even a medium pair ("Your man might be at it and hey, I've a pair here so I'll raise to find out. He reraised me? Ah well, I still have a pair so I call").

I definitely bet the flop though: any club or high card on the turn is well scary. Lots of his hands have gutters or runner runners at the very least.

4b size is waaaay too small, raise a lot more for value.

                  Bet flop.

                  Turn is fine.

                  Fold river.

alright well I suppose the flop was a bet but I played the hand on the premise that the villain was your average bad player and not really lolbad. I don't see what else there is to discuss about this hand really.

I folded the river fwiw to be shown

Pretty shit card for him on the turn

So if the river is a low blank are you calling it off given that you've called the turn?

Studies have shown a lack of correlation between one's ability to play Aces on a draw heavy board and ability to apply clothing to one's body.
