iPad streaming

I'm struggling a little with this machine. Two big issues for me with it so far

There is no flash so you can't stream BBC iPlayer at all. Is there a way around this?

Is there any way to stream media from a NAS or another server without actually copying the files to the device via iTunes?

I have it on my iphone, so assume its same on ipad?

Try grabbing the VLC player from the app store.

There's a browser called Skyfire that let's you play flash videos.

EDIT: Not every flash video on the internet, but they're adding support for sites all the time afaik...
