Starting a masters in september which requires me to use a laptop on a daily basis. The masters is in Smurfit UCD and has some sort of discount deal with Dell.
Budget: Circa €800
Intended:College work, Internet will also use it for general entertainment (movies, music etc.
Mobility: The lighter the better, will be having it in my bag on hour + walks so would be nice if it wasn't really heavy.
Warranty: Not important, but obviously would love a reliable machine
Operating system: Windows 7
Also some of the other requirements: At least 3mb memory cache. Office enterprise 2007 or office professional 2010 (got a great link via bbv to get office for 40 quid.)
Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
