Button min raise to my shuv pre(live game)

I don't play live on a regular basis but have decided to start playing a Monday game in the local casino. It's a 30euro buy in 700gtd.

BB 12k(roughly)
Hero SB 7.1k
Villain Butt 9.2k

Blinds are 300/600. It's maybe 3 hands after the break and the tables have been changed to 3* 9seat tables.
Have played a few hands with Villain but seen none of his holdings and he seems to be an alright player.

It's folded around to Villain who min raises to 1200.
By the way he put his chips in, he looked weak/nervous(strange since he's a reg.)
So I look down at 4d4s, think for a normal amount of time, announce all in and push my chips over the line.
BB folds. Villain thinks and calls.

Flop comes J,10,10,- turn 5,- river J.

So clearly I'm dead here and out of game.

What range does villain have to have to call here?
What cards can I make him lay down?
Am I playing this the right way?
If I think villain could call and we flip a coin, should I just fold?(I don't think he'll call BTW)

FWIW I'm giving away no tells as I'm like a statue staring at one spot as I have done all game.
