Most likely, the software treats it as 5 singles bets and places them one after the other. Places them from right to left starting at two to the right.

I'm not sure what will come of it. They might give you some credit as a good will jesture. But they might try and turn the fact that if 15 or 32 came up you'd of won $90 instead of the $36 you should of won if you placed the correct $2 neighbours bet.

Its a strange one alright, the numbers involved are €72 for the €2 bet & €180 for the fiver

Must be causing a bit of fuss with the live support aswell because they said it would take 24hrs max to resolve and in 95% of cases are dealt with within a few hours & its coming up on 24hrs ago in twenty minutes at 12:57 now still with no resolution

surely they should have written rules that state how the sytem will place your bet in neighbours if you dont have the full amount of funds available, going by their system if I had the €10 chip selected it would only bet €10 on #15 and nothing else

Should definitly start from you inner number rather than the outside of the neighbours after all it is the inner number you have to click on and all bets are based around this number not the ones to the right or the left like if I had €15 in my balance in this situation it should have covered 26-0-32 starting from the centre

For some reason I was halving the payouts. Was thinking if a split maybe.
Best case scenerio, you exposed a flaw in the T & C and get paid while they fixed it. Agree it should be placed frim the inside out Or not at all.

Didnt hear anything back from PP so gave them a ring and they got the report back from whoever and I dont know wtf the first guy in PP was writing in the report but totally explained the situation wrong to them saying I bet on 32 & 15 directly and tried to change it to 0 when I didnt, the only selection I ever clicked on the 0 neighbours and the system made the ajustments itself and moved the bets from the focus number 0 to the right hand side so had to explain it properly to the PP agent again about my only selection was 0 neighbours and the bets should start from the focus number that is 0 and in this case of their only being enough to complete two selections first place the bet on the focus number 0 and on the imediate number to the left or right hand side of that number not move to focus to the right

Got one door slammed in my face with this from paddypower, expecting another few aswell but woth keeping it up for another while see where it goes

Jesus if I could only focus like this with a career I'd be using all your bankrolls for toilet paper like the boss that is Guy Laliberte

So hit another stone wall with PP passing the buck back to the casino operations who claim they dont see anything wrong with the bet,

Stephen at paddypower did test the system himself to see the bets are placed how I explained they were being moved away from the focus number so thats something that they can see at least

said as they have gotten back from the roulette operations again with the same thing so its going to be dealt with in-house now and awating for that outcome

As there is no rulings document I can find anywhere about this situation I contacted a few live casino mangers regarding the issue looking for their opinion on what priority they would give the numbers when it has been accept as €5 neighbours and only €10 balance

Got in touch with a few different casino's here and vegas MGM casino operations who agreed with me and will get someone more senior to email me

but the only email back so far is from the best casino in dublin

A manager (I ask could i post his reply here out of curtasy but hasnt gotten back yet so will do when he replies) at the **** who has agreed that there should only be two ruling's

1. Shouldnt have been accepted in the first place because not enough funds to complette the bet
2. As it was accept in its form of €5 bets over 2 numbers "let the bet go to the nearest value like you rightly pointed out" (I guested the value to be 5th--3rd--1st--2nd--4th)
so atleast I'm not going crazy thinking it should have been placed from the centre out

cant wait for the mgm's response lol

Offered to compile and email for the support so they can forward it to the programmers to show the general consensus is on the priority but the PP staff didnt give a fuck in no short terms
