hella of a lot discussion on this few months back (following couple of intersting spots in JP's mini wsop) ....threads somewhere upshot seemed to be current rule of "action back to correct player (1): check= out of turn bets stays, bet = action changed, all options open to player 2" is the best of a bad lot rule wise, personally I dont like it as pretty much affords no disadvantage to the offending player......
